The preliminary results of the 2021 Caribbean Primary Exit Assessment (CPEA) indicate that almost 85% of registered students met the prescribed standard.  A total of 1593 from the 1895 candidates achieved at least half of the possible 500 marks. Of these, 751 are males and 842 are females.

The Ministry of Health, Wellness and the Environment wishes to advise the general public that as part of the its mosquito control programme for the adult Aedes aegypti mosquito, the Insect Vector Control Unit will be conducting fogging operations in the following areas commencing at 5:00 p.m. daily on the island of Saint Vincent.

The fishing industry in Saintt Vincent and the Grenadines is expected to expand as the private and public sectors prepare for a boost in the industry with the opening of Rainforest Seafoods to Saint Vincent and the Grenadines later this year.
