Import Regulations
1. Import duties are levied in accordance with the Common External Tariff of CARICOM for enterprises in St. Vincent and the Grenadines except for those that have fiscal incentives.
2. A licensing system exists for some specified products such as food and agricultural produce. Note that fireworks, jet skis and water bikes are prohibited.
Export Regulations
The export of some agricultural and marine products (conches, lobsters) requires an export license.
A Certificate of Origin issued by the Customs and Excise Department is needed to export duty-free goods to CARICOM countries, Europe, United States and Canada.
