The Ministry of Health, Wellness and the Environment wishes to advise the general public that as part of the its mosquito control programme for the adult Aedes aegypti mosquito, the Insect Vector Control Unit will be conducting fogging operations at public facilities in the following areas on the mainland, commencing at 5:00 p.m. daily.
Five (5) new COVID-19 positive cases were reported from two hundred and twenty-one (221) samples processed on Thursday, May 13th, 2021, resulting in a positivity rate of 2.3%.Four (4) of the five (5)new cases are linked to emergency shelters.
Four (4) new COVID-19 positive cases were reported from ninety-eight (98) samples processed on Wednesday, May 12th, 2021, resulting in a positivity rate of 4.1%.
