The Ministry of Health, Wellness and the Environment wishes to advise the general public that, as part of the its mosquito control programme, for the adult Aedes aegypti mosquito, the Insect Vector Control Unit will be conducting fogging operations in the following areas commencing at 5:00 p.m. daily.
The COVID–19 Taskforce, presently located at the National Emergency Management Organisation (NEMO), Old Montrose, has been relocated to the Ministry of Health, Wellness and the Environment Annex, Richmond Hill, close to the St. Vincent Girls’ High School Hard Court and the St. Vincent Grammar School roundabout.
Saint Vincent and the Grenadines reported one (1) new COVID-19 death. The patient is a twenty-five (25) year old male resident of Owia who tested positive for COVID-19 on Friday March 19th after presenting to the Modern Medical and Diagnostic Centre, Accident and Emergency department with shortness of breath and decreased appetite.
