Students of the St. Vincent Girls’ High School were exposed to an enriching musical experience on Monday, 2nd March, 2026, when members of the internationally acclaimed Viatores Quartet visited the institution and performed during the school’s general assembly.

The St. Vincent Girls’ High School (GHS) officially launched its Girls’ Empowerment Skills Programme (GESP) 2026 on Monday, 2nd March, 2026, at the Girls’ High School Compound in Arnos Vale. The programme will engage Form Two students in a week-long initiative aimed at strengthening confidence, resilience, and life skills development.

A declaration of faith, culture and national pride unfolded on Sunday, 1st March, 2026, at the historic Joseph Chatoyer National Park as citizens gathered for the Heritage Market and Prayer Rally under the theme: “Appreciating Our Identity, Preserving Our Heritage with Pride.”

On Friday, 27th February, 2026, the Criminal Investigations Department paused its operational pace to recognize the officers and staff whose daily work strengthens the delivery of justice and public confidence in policing.

The Small-craft and High Surf Advisory is extended for Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and its coastal waters until 6:00 pm Tuesday 3rd March, 2026.
