Located in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines’ capital, Kingstown, The High Court is located on the Ground Floor of the newly acquired High Court Office (Formerly The Bank of St. Vincent and the Grenadines Building) in Kingstown, opposite the Kingstown Vegetable Market.

There is no specific counsel assigned to appear before the Court any of the Crown’s Counsel, upon the direction of the Learned Director of Public Prosecutions (Ag), Mr. Duane Daniel, can be assigned to represent the State at any given time, in any given matter.

His Lordship Hon. Justice Rickie Burnette is currently the judge who presides in this Court.
