  • WhatsApp: A complainant may submit a completed and signed PDF version of a complaint via WhatsApp messaging (+1(784)593-5868).
  • Letter to Grievance focal point at the EPIU: Stakeholders may submit completed grievance forms via the post. Envelopes should be addressed to:

A complaint form can be lodged via any of the above channels. Grievances can be submitted anonymously.
