The Commonwealth Secretariat is seeking to appoint an Adviser, Ocean Governance, within its Climate Change and Oceans Division. Mr. Alpian R. Allen, former Member of Parliament for North Leeward, passed away on 18th August, 2026. Mr. Allen will be accorded an official funeral on Wednesday, 2nd September, 2026.
