Ms. Shenico Sutherland and Ms. Lynallia Isaacs emerged as the winners in the Department of Foreign Policy and Research, within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Commerce 2018 essay writing competition.
This country’s Ambassador to Cuba, Mr. Ellsworth John, who led a CARICOM Observer Mission to the recently held Presidential and State Legislative Council Elections in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, has reported that the mission was satisfied that the elections were conducted efficiently and in a fair and transparent manner.
