The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Commerce is pleased to inform of the participation of the High Commissioner of the Republic of South Africa to Saint Vincent and the Grenadines in activities commemorating the life and legacy of Nelson Mandela.
Saint Vincent and the Grenadines has a new greenhouse facility. The Montreal Greenhouse Park facility, located in Mesopotamia, was opened on Monday, 25th June, 2018, as a means of managing the food security in the country.
The SVG Coast Guard is now the owner of an upgraded Defender-Class Safe boat vessel, which was handed over by the Government of the United States of America to the Government of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines on Monday, 25th May, 2018, during a ceremony held at the Coast Guard Base in Calliaqua.
In commemoration of the school’s 107th Anniversary, the Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Girls’ High School held its second spin of the ‘GHS Fashion Showcase’ on June 26th, 2018, at the school compound.
This Country’s Prime Minister, Dr. The Hon. Ralph Gonsalves, has signed the terms of reference for the implementation of an Audit Committee established by the OECS Commission. Prime Minister Gonsalves signed the new initiative on June 19th, 2018, at the Harbour Club in Gros Islet, St. Lucia, in his capacity as the incoming Chairman of the OECS Authority.
