Government is expected to pay out over 800 thousand dollars to Arrowroot Farmers. Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves made the announcement in an interview with the Agency for Public Information on Wednesday, 15th June, 2022.
In what has been described by the Embassy of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines in the R.O.C. (Taiwan) as a “partnership of benevolence”, ASUS Foundation, a Taiwan-based, multinational computer hardware and consumer electronics company, on Wednesday, 8th June, 2022, delivered to the Embassy one hundred (100) laptop computers.
This day begins the week of activities and serves to invoke God’s blessings, not only on the planned activities but also on all public servants and the nation as a whole. This day will hear from the Public Service Choir, addresses from the Prime Minister and from the Minister of the Public Service, and Sermon and Prayers from identified Public Servants.
The Government of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines will continue to provide income support, for the next 6 months, to approximately 4 thousand families in the red, orange and yellow zones affected by the eruption of La Soufriere. Please click for full details
