The Ministry of the Public Service, Consumer Affairs and Sports is hosting the Week of Activities to celebrate Public Service Day, 23rd June, 2022 under the theme “Charting Our Road to Recovery; Affirming the Sustainable Development Goals”.
Commander of the Central Division, Superintendent of Police (Supt), Kamecia Blake of the Royal St. Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force (RSVGPF) is the recipient of the prestigious 2020 “Top Caribbean Career Move Award” for Public Law Enforcement from the Association of Caribbean Commissioners of Police (ACCP)/Amalgamated Security Service Limited (ASSL) – under the Regional Recognition Awards Programme. Superintendent Blake received her award on Monday 20th June 2022 during a brief ceremony at Police Headquarters in Kingstown.
In an effort to increase classroom space at the Liberty Lodge Boys Training Centre, the Mustique Charitable Trust aided in the refurbishment of a room into a classroom. The new classroom will be used for remedial education.
Grade 6 students registered for the 2022 Caribbean Primary Exit Assessment (CPEA) concluded their final examination on Friday, May 13th, 2022. Of the 1714 students registered, 1705 wrote the final examination. Please click for more details.
