The Ministry of Health, Wellness and the Environment, wishes to advise the general public that, as part of the its mosquito control programme for the adult Aedes aegypti mosquito, the Insect Vector Control Unit will be conducting fogging operations in the following areas, commencing at 5:00 p.m. daily, on the mainland.
Covid-19 protocols remain in effect as school reopens on Monday, 5th September, 2022. Minister of Education, Hon. Curtis King said that revised protocols are being guided by the Ministry of Health in conjunction with the National Emergency Management Organisation (NEMO).
With reference to Memorandum No. 500/2022 on the captioned subject, Cabinet approved increases in bus and taxi fares in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines as detailed below, with effect from 1st September, 2022.
The general public is asked to note that the Head Office of the Passports and Immigration Department will be closed from 1:30 p.m. on Friday, 2nd September, 2022 and re-opens on Monday, 5th September, 2022 from 10:00 a.m.
