One hundred and forty-four (144) young adults received their Caribbean Vocational Qualification (CVQ) in Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) on Thursday, 11th October, 2018 and are now better equipped to access employment.

The Government of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, acting on the advice of the Pesticides Board, has placed an immediate suspension on the importation into Saint Vincent and the Grenadines of Round-Up, Touchdown, Glyphos and any other chemical containing the active ingredient glyphosate, pending a technical review by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, Fisheries, Rural Transformation, Industry and Labour.
