Students of the Union Island Secondary School will report as planned to the Arnos Vale Campus for classes on Tuesday, 10 September, 2024.

Final touches are being made to the temporary facility at Arnos Vale which will house approximately 300 students from the Southern Grenadines.

The National Emergency Management Organization (NEMO) wishes to assure all citizens and residents of St. Vincent and the Grenadines that there is no cause for alarm regarding the La Soufriere volcano.

There was a candidate entry of 397, of whom 384 were from the St. Vincent and the Grenadines Community College (SVGCC) and 13 were private candidates. The SVGCC candidates sat 1447 examinations in 23 different subjects.

On the heels of a request for the Caribbean Examinations Council (CXC) to review Saint Vincent and the Grenadines’ initial preliminary results following detected inconsistencies, the Ministry of Education is pleased to release the 2024 CSEC results. Our decision was aimed at ensuring the accuracy of the reported data before public dissemination.
