Hospitality and Culinary Arts students, who are working towards an Associate Degree at the Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Community College (SVGCC), now have an opportunity to go on to attain a Bachelors degree at the University of Southern Caribbean (USC), thanks to Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), that was signed at the college.

Thirty-six students from the Barrouallie Technical Institute (BARTECH), are now more equipped to master their skill of choice, following their graduation from the Barrouallie Technical Institute. 

The Ministry of Finance, Economic Planning, Sustainable, Development and Information Technology; will celebrate International Day for Biological Diversity under the theme “Our Biodiversity, Our Food, Our Health”. Accordingly, an invitation is extended to the public to join the Ministry on its second annual nature tour to appreciate and learn of the importance of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines’ flora and fauna.

Members of the Vincentian public will get an opportunity later this week to learn more about the effects of climate change on Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and other regional countries when the Regional Security System (RSS), holds a panel discussion to this effect.

Before the introduction of measles vaccines, most persons contracted the measles infection, usually as a very young child.
