The Public Service Commission (PSC), the organizational body that governs the Public Service of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines now has a new Chairman in the person of Lawyer Stephen Williams who replaces outgoing chair, Lawyer Cecil “Blazer” Williams who served for nineteen (19) years in that position.
