Eighty-seven (87), new COVID-19 positive cases were reported from four hundred and seventy-four (474), samples processed on Wednesday, September 22nd, 2021; resulting in a positivity rate of 18.3%.

One hundred and seven (107) new COVID-19 positive cases were reported from four hundred and ninety (495) samples processed on Tuesday, 21st September, 2021, resulting in a positivity rate of 21.6%. All cases are contacts of positives or persons seeking care.

The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, Fisheries, Rural Transformation, Industry and Labour will this week launch a national drive to encourage all stakeholders in the agriculture and fisheries sectors to participate in the national vaccination campaign advanced by the Ministry of Health.
