Prime Minister Dr. Ralph E. Gonsalves, in his capacity as chair of CARICOM’s Council of Ministers for National Security and Law Enforcement (CONSLE), addressed the Committee on Hemispheric Security of the Organization of American States (OAS), calling for urgent and coordinated action to address crime and violence in the caribbean.
Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves, along with other leaders from members states of the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS), will meet with US Secretary of State Marco Rubio in Washington next week.
