His Excellency Vu Trung My; Non- Resident Ambassador of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam to Saint Vincent and the Grenadines presented his Letter of Credence to Her Excellency Dame Susan Dougan GCMG OBE, in Kingstown, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
