At its 90th Meeting on February 16th, 2018, the Monetary Council of the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank (ECCB) took the decision to change the substrate of the EC banknotes from paper to polymer. In keeping with this, the ECCB has embarked on the Polymer Migration Project.
