Prime minister of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ghana, the Hon. Shirley Ayorkor Botchway, signed two important bilateral agreements on November 30th, 2018, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Ghana.
