The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Commerce wishes to advise that the Government of Japan has provided a grant of approximately US$4 million for the provision of equipment and other aid for small and medium sized enterprise development.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Commerce advises the general public that it has been brought to the attention of the Embassy of the Republic of Turkey in Santo Domingo that there are fraudulent websites on the internet that are similar to the official site claiming to issue Turkish e-visas, or to offer visa services to defraud the public into buying alleged visas, only to be defrauded after service payment or issue false e-visas, which have no validity.

The Director of the HIV/AIDS/STI Prevention and Control Unit, Mrs. Ferosa Roache, who has responsibility for immunization in the Ministry of Health, Wellness and the Environment, has advised that there was never a situation in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines in the past six months, or in the past eighteen years for that matter, when there was no Tetanus Toxide vaccine in the country.
