The Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Boys Grammar School and the Central Leeward Secondary School both retained their titles at the Inter-Secondary Schools' Athletics Championship on Thursday 22nd, March, 2018.
The Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Boys Grammar School won the male category with a total of 310 points. The St. Martin's Secondary School placed second with 212 points, while the Thomas Saunders Secondary School placed third with 163 points. For the females, the Central Leeward Secondary School won with a total of 377 points. The Thomas Saunders Secondary School placed second with 212 points while the St. Joseph's Convent Kingstown placed third with 198 points.
