Prior to the convening of the 29th Inter-Sessional Meeting of the Heads of Government of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM), Saint Vincent and the Grenadines' Prime Minister, Hon. Dr. Ralph Gonsalves, delivered a lecture on several CARICOM-related matters.
The lecture took place on Thursday 22nd, February, 2018, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs conference room. The lecture was attended by Government Ministers, Permanent Secretaries, Heads of Departments, Senior Public Servants, as well as members of the Private Sector.
