Welcome to the official website of the Government of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.

The Government of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines has taken another significant step in advancing its digital transformation agenda through the implementation of the Vincy Single Window for Trade (VSWIFT), a modern electronic platform designed to streamline and simplify cross-border trade processes.

VSWIFT enables the efficient processing of applications for licenses, permits, certificates, and other trade-related documents through a single integrated system. The platform is expected to improve coordination among agencies, reduce processing times, and enhance the ease of doing business within Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.

The project is being implemented in collaboration with the United Nations Trade and Development (UNCTAD) as part of the Government’s broader commitment to digital modernization and improved public sector service delivery.

The initiative brings together an extensive network of stakeholders, including nineteen (19) government departments across eight ministries, three statutory bodies, customs brokers, shipping agencies, and members of the wider trading community.

Project officials say the implementation of VSWIFT marks a major milestone in strengthening trade facilitation and improving operational efficiency across key sectors. According to National Project Manager Mrs. Krislin Goulbourne-Harry, “VSWIFT represents a transformative step in modernizing trade facilitation in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. By integrating multiple agencies and stakeholders into one electronic platform, we are building a more efficient, transparent, and accessible system for the business and trading community.”

The VSWIFT project is in line with the Government’s vision as the initiative aligns with ongoing efforts to leverage technology to drive economic growth, improve competitiveness, and deliver more efficient services to citizens and businesses.
