The Ministry of Higher Education, Grenadines Affairs, Airports and Seaports wishes to notify the general public that applications for the Economically Disadvantaged Student Loan Programme for the 2026/2027 academic commenced on Monday, 13th April, 2026.

Application forms can be accessed electronically via the link: nissvg.org/forms or collected at the Ministry of Higher Education, et al. located upstairs the Grenadines Ferry Terminal in Kingstown; Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
