The Taiwan International Co-operation and Development Fund (ICDF), is pleased to announce that the 2023 TaiwanICDF Scholarship is open for application from 1st January – 15th March, 2023.

We welcome youngsters to join us at degree programs in Taiwan which delivers:

1. Skills, knowledge, as well as tremendous character-building environments.
2. Chances to embrace a culture of creativity and diversity.

The Program provides the recipients with full scholarships which covers:

1. Tuition
2. Accommodation
3. Airfare
4. Insurance
5. Monthly stipend
