The Ministry of Public Service, Consumer Affairs and Sports is pleased to invite all interested Public Servants to enter a Logo Competition for the Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

The Employee Assistance Program is a work-based intervention program designed to assist Public Service employees in resolving personal problems that may be adversely affecting their performance on the job. The program which is delivered at no cost to employees is intended to address the following:

  • Reduce the occurence of low productivity and absenteeism;
  • Improve employees' work-life balance;
  • Create an avenue for employees to maintain their mental health and well-being;
  • Strengthen institutional arrangements.

In preparation for the formal launch of the EAP Unit, the Logo Competition is opened from 19th July to 25th August, 2021. The winner of the competition will be announced during the official launch.

The purpose of the Logo is to enhance the outreach, visibility, symbolization and the overall branding of the Employee Assistance Program. The Logo will be used for educational and promotional activities and items.
