Grade Four students of Sandy Bay Government and Fancy Government, will receive cheques also valued at EC$200 each.

The 'Adopt a Classroom' programme commenced in 2016 when the Zero Hunger Trust Fund was established. At that time, Kindergarten students from seven schools were adopted by the Trust Fund; and in 2017, Kindergarten students from five additional schools were added to the programme. These are the students who have now progressed to Grades three and four and they have been supported each year by the Trust Fund.

In addition to financing School Feeding, the Trust Fund undertakes several other programmes, including providing meal support to vulnerable persons over the age of 78 years. The ZHTF is financed from the proceeds of a 2% Telecommunications Levy, enacted in 2016.
