High Court 1

Located in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines’ capital, Kingstown, High Court 1 is located on the Ground Floor of the Court House Building (Former Parliament Building) in Kingstown, opposite the Kingstown Vegetable Market.

There is no specific counsel assigned to appear before this Court – any of the Crown’s Counsel, upon the direction of the Learned Director of Public Prosecutions, Ms. Sejilla Mc Dowall, can be assigned to represent the State at any given time, in any given matter.

His Lordship Hon. Justice Brian Cottle is currently the judge who presides in this Court.
