Prime Minister, Hon. Dr. Ralph Gonsalves, said that the recent reassignment of portfolios among his cabinet is a strategic move geared towards ensuring a smooth transition of leadership both in the political and administrative spheres in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. The Prime Minister made this disclosure during a press conference at Cabinet Room on Monday 13th November.

Saint Vincent and the Grenadines joins the region in celebrating Caribbean Tourism Month from  1st - 30th November, with its slogan ‘Tourism is Everyone’s Business: Live it, Love it, Embrace it’.

The Ministry of Agriculture in collaboration with the Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Preservation Fund and the Richmond Vale Academy launched a new school based Soursop Planting Initiative at the Diamonds Government School on Thursday 10th November.

Prime Minister, Hon. Dr. Ralph Gonsalves, today, Friday 10th November, announced changes to the Cabinet of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.

Over 800 students will receive bursaries under the Taiwanese Human Resource Development Program, according to Education Officer for Media and Communications in the Ministry of Education, National Reconciliation, and Ecclesiastical Affairs, Miss Marla Nanton.  Miss Nanton, at the time, was chairing the 2017 Republic of China [R.O.C.] (Taiwan), and the Ministry of Education presentation of bursary handouts to students in Kingstown and environs.  The bursaries were handed out at a ceremony at the Methodist Church Hall on Thursday, 9th November.
