CARITAS Antilles, the social action arm of the Catholic Church, in collaboration with the Ministry of National Mobilization has come to the aid of vulnerable families from the red and orange zones.
Two (2) new COVID-19 positive cases were reported from ninety-six (96) samples processed on Sunday, July 4th, 2021, resulting in a positivity rate of 2.1%.
Five (5) new COVID-19 positive cases were reported from one hundred and sixty-nine (169), samples processed on Saturday July 3rd, 2021, resulting in a positivity rate of 3.0%.
From May 1st, 2020 to June 18th, 2021; the Government of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines has paid out over 13 million dollars to several categories of workers who have been affected by the COVID-19 Pandemic.
