The Royal St. Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force (RSVGPF) wishes to advise the general public that it is an offence to produce, make available, distribute, procure, possess or obtain child pornography through a computer system or on a computer data storage medium under the Cybercrime Act 2016.
The Ministry of Education and National Reconciliation in consultation with the Ministry of Health and the Environment regarding the safe reopening of schools, wishes to inform the public that the resumption of face-to-face engagement for all primary and secondary schools and technical institutes, will commence on Monday, 3rd January, 2022.
Seven (7) new COVID-19 positive cases were reported from fifty-seven (57) samples collected on Monday, 27th December, 2021, resulting in a positivity of 12.3%. Five (5) new rapid antigen positive results were reported from flu clinics on December 27th, 2021.
Another disbursement of $500 will be made to students who sat the 2020 and 2021 examinations for the CSEC, CAPE, Associate Degree and Teachers Education programmes on Thursday, 30th December, 2021, at the Ministry of Education from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
The Ministry of Health, Wellness and the Environment was informed on December 27, 2021, by CARPHA of the COVID-19 sequencing results of positive samples collected from patients in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines on 18th December, 2021.
