The Basic Needs Trust Fund (BNTF), in conjunction with the St. Vincent Community College, Division of Technical Education (DTVE), will be holding a graduation ceremony on Friday 30th September for persons who attended this year’s Summer Enrichment Short Courses in the fundamentals of Bar Operations & Service, Plumbing, Basic Electrical Installation and Air Conditioning and Refrigeration repairs.
The graduation ceremony would be addressed by Hon. Saboto Caesar, Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries and Rural Transformation, line Minister of the BNTF. Seventy-five persons between the ages of 18 and 35 would graduate.
