Minister of Urban Development, Hon. Julian Francis, said that approximately Thirty (30) million dollars will be invested in the first instance in the Richmond Quarry Project.
At a media conference held at Cabinet Room on 10th February, 2022, Minister Francis spoke about the genesis of the Project.
The Minister Francis said that an Environmental Impact Assessment was done on the proposed quarry site.
