Nine Mornings
The Ministry of Culture is preparing to hold the first of nine early morning concerts in Kingstown this week, as the Nine Mornings celebrations continue.
This year, the Concerts will be held at Heritage Square, instead of on Bay Street, as in previous years. The first concert will take place from four on Wednesday morning, and will feature performances from the New Life Ambassadors, Avenues Dancers, and Carlton CP Hall, among others.
The early morning activities will also include fun games, bicycle races, and novelty events. While the concerts are held in Kingstown, similar activities will also be held in communities across the state. The Ministry of Culture says it will also be working this year to enhance the festivities in some of this country’s major Nine Morning’s centers.
