The Government of St. Vincent and the Grenadines has collaborated with the SVG ADHOC Committee in Canada and the Lions Club of St. Vincent South to construct a two bedroom dwelling House at Cumberland for a family whose house was destroyed in the December 2013 floods.
Participants in cohort 2 of the Supportive Education Training (SET) program were recognised for their outstanding work at an Awards Ceremony at the Methodist Church Hall in Kingstown on Friday 15th April. A total number of 152 participants completed the second leg of the program, which was first started in 2014.
The Ministry of Agriculture, Rural Transformation, Forestry and Fisheries, launched its 20 Point 100 Days Plan, on Monday 18th April at the Ministry’s Conference Room. The objective of the Plan is to develop the agricultural sector in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
