The Government of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines will on Friday 2nd June, welcome participants of cohort 4 onto the Supportive Education Training (SET) Programme. One hundred and forty (140) participants will be accepted into cohort 4 of the programme, which commences in early June.

 
Participants in cohort 3 of the SET programme will also be recognized for their outstanding work at an Awards ceremony at the Methodist Church Hall in Kingstown also on Friday 2nd June.  The programme, which is into its fourth year, is funded by Petro Caribe, and has catered to over 600 participants thus far.

The primary purpose of the programme is to create opportunities for young persons, by giving them on-the-job experience. Prime Minister, Dr., The Hon., Ralph Gonsalves, is expected to deliver the feature address at the Ceremony which commences at 10:00 a.m.
