The 2017 UN Special Committee on Decolonization, Caribbean Regional Seminar, was declared a complete success by its Chair and Venezuela’s Permanent Representative to the UN, His Excellency, Rafael Darío Ramírez Carreño.
This was disclosed in a statement read by Minister Counsellor, Permanent Mission of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela to the UN, Mr. Douglas Arcia Vivas, on behalf of Ambassador Ramírez Carreño. Ambassador Carreño left the Seminar to attend to an urgent matter in New York.
