The Government of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the destination and the Royal Caribbean Group on Friday, 13th May, 2022, to recruit Vincentians for several job opportunities with the cruise line.
Visitors to Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and persons living in the Grenadines can now have their marriage application for a short notice or same day wedding processed on the same day. Minister of Tourism, Carlos James said that this will significantly improve the appeal of destination SVG as an ideal location for destination weddings and honeymoons.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade spearheaded the launch of the CARIFORUM-EU Economic Partnership Agreement (EPA), and the CARICOM Single Market and Economy (CSME) Standby Facility for Capacity Building Projects for Saint Vincent and the Grenadines on Tuesday, 10th May, 2022 at the NIS Conference Room.
