The public is hereby advised of the Cabinet decision to declare Tuesday, December 27th 2022, a public holiday.
An EC$10 million investment, by the Government of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG), in collaboration with the Barbados based Maria Holder Memorial Trust, has paved the way for the historic introduction of Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) services here in SVG, at the Modern Medical and Diagnostic Complex (MMDC) in Georgetown, starting early 2023.
The St. Vincent and the Grenadines’ Coast Guard Service (SVG-CGS) and this country’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade have been applauded by United States (US) authorities following the “heroic” rescue of three U.S. citizens, after their vessel sank in SVG waters on November 19th 2022.
