Former News Editor of SVGTV, Keisha Phillips, in her remarks said, “it is heartening to see SVGBC continuing to keep its mission, by providing high quality and excellent programming to its audience in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.”  Phillips also took the opportunity to applaud the ROC (Taiwan) for the step taken to partner with SVGBC to bring this program to the shores of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines; she noted too that this will aid in helping Vincentians to learn more about the culture of Taiwan.

Phillips also recognized the contribution the ROC (Taiwan) has made to the growth and development of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines through “various activities, initiatives and projects; especially educationally and culturally.”
