The Basic Needs Trust Fund (BNTF), implementing agency of the project, opened the Biabou Early Childhood Development Center on Thursday, 1st October, 2020.
This project was funded by the Government of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and the Caribbean Development Bank.
Minister of National Mobilization and current area representative, Hon. Frederick Stephenson delivered the feature address.
