Welcome to the official website of the Government of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.

Twenty eight (28) enumerators from across the country – twenty-three (23) from the mainland, two (2) each from Bequia and Union Island, and one (1) from Canouan; were trained by officials from the Statistical Unit in the Ministry of Finance, Economic Planning, Sustainable Development, and Information Technology.

The training was conducted at the Service Commissions Department training room, on the use of ‘CAPI’ – Computer Assisted Personal Interview; a World Bank Survey Solution, technology-based survey instrument; used to capture data from interviewees.

This activity was carried out by the Public Sector Reform Unit (PSRU), in the Service Commissions Department, in preparation for embarking on a Customer Satisfaction Survey across the Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Public Service, during the period 5th - 23rd August, 2019.

The objectives of the Customer Satisfaction Survey are to:

  • Determine the level of customer satisfaction with public service delivery;
  • Identify factors responsible for varying levels of satisfaction with services offered; and
  • Gage the performance of government agencies in delivering their services.

The Public Sector Reform Unit solicits and appreciates the cooperation and support of all concerned during the period.
